This is a brilliant game of strategy, planning and change management.

The gathering is split into smaller teams of 8 countries. Each country is given wealth in the form of colored 

diamonds along with information cards detailing their value. Buy, sell and trade the diamonds and increase 

your country‘s wealth. Midway the rules are changed and there is a twist to the game. The team that collects 

maximum wealth wins.
